Thanks for checking out my shipping rates and info. It's pretty boring stuff but I'll keep it short and simple! At the moment we ship orders twice a week. The rest of the time I'm painting and creating art for you guys to enjoy and buy and my wife handles most of the emails and logistics.

I use two couriers. For standard domestic and international shipments I use the Royal Mail, and for speedier and tracked deliveries I use DHL.

UK Shipping

For most UK orders I use a Royal Mail 2nd class delivery, this service usually takes 2-5 working days from when I pack the order. 1st class shipping is available and this takes around 1-3 working days for the parcel to arrive from when the order is packed and I also have a DHL service whihc you can select and that is a next day service.

2nd class shipping: £3.50
1st class signed shipping: £5.00
DHL 24 Hour Shipping: £8.00

International Shipping (Europe - please see below)

Items are shipped on an international standard delivery. This is not a tracked service so please bear that in mind when ordering. However it is extremely reliable and has a 99% success rate.

If you would like to upgrade to a tracked delivery service you have the option to do so at the check out. This service is via DHL and is fully trackable and delivery times are usually 1-3 working days from when I pack the order.
Most standard international orders take an average of up to 10-16 working days to be delivered after dispatch. However the Royal Mail does advise that some deliveries can take up to 28 working days, so please bear that in mind when emailing.

International Standard Shipping for stickers: £5.00
International Standard Shipping for anything else: £8.00

International Tracked Service (7-28 working days): £15.00

DHL Express Tracked Shipping (1-3 days) :

European Shipping

Since the new Brexit rules have been in place, shipping to Europe has become a bit more challenging, however here's everything you need to know and expect when ordering.
All orders being received into Europe will be expected to pay some form of VAT if that order exceeds 22 Euros, this can depend on the country. Orders exceeding 150 Euros will also need to pay customs charges on top - if you would like to discuss options please drop me an email. I currently only use DHL for European shipments as they are a lot quicker and more relaible and the paper work for customs in the EU is a lot smoother.

Missed Parcels

If you are not in to sign for your parcel, the courier will usually leave a card to let you know you missed it. With the info on the card you'll be able to rearrange a delivery or collect from your local post office or depot. If you fail to collect your parcel, they will return the parcel back to me. On the return of the parcel I will contact you and arrange a redelivery for you.

Returns and Exchanges

If you'd like to return an item, that's no problem. Just drop me an email to let me know within 14 days of receiving it. Then pop it back in the post along with a note to the following address:

Please remember to include a note inside the package with your full name, order number (if you have it) and a brief explanation whether you'd like an exchange or refund. If you're returning and item for a refund, any free items that were included in your original order must also be returned otherwise this will reflect on the amount you are refunded. Postage prices cannot be refunded unless I made an error with your original order.

Customs and Charges

Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & duty on goods received into the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.
If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to me. I will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.
In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so I recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.
