I'm a straightforward guy so I'll keep it quick and easy. I'm a one man operation, I illustrate and design for a living while also packing all the orders that you lovely people place, so please bare with me as I can only get to the Post Office twice a week to ship orders. I aim to pack all orders within 1-3 days. If you have any questions about shipping please check out the info below or feel free to shoot me an email. Also, I'm just a guy, so please be polite when emailing...we're all human.
All items are shipped via Royal Mail on a 2nd Class Signed delivery. I don't send out tracking numbers automatically but feel free to let me know if you need one via email and I'll be happy to get one over to you. Most UK orders take around 3-5 working days to be delivered once they're packed and shipped.
Shipping costs £1.50 for small items and £3.50 for larger items.
International and European Shipping
Items are shipped on an International Standard delivery. This is NOT a tracked service so please bare that in mind when ordering. However it is extremely reliable and has a 99% success rate. If you would like to upgrade to a Tracked and Signed delivery service you have the option to do so at the check out. This service is not any quicker but allows you to track the parcel. Orders over £70 will be upgraded for free.
Most international orders take an average of up to 10-14 working days to be delivered after dispatch. However the Royal Mail does advise that some deliveries can take up to 28 working days, so please bare that in mind when emailing.
International Standard Shipping is £3.80
Internation Tracked and Signed is £8.00
The Royal Mail is the preferred courier. If you are not in to sign for your parcel, the postman will usually leave a card to let you know you missed it. With the info on the card you'll be able to rearrange a delivery or collect from your local Post office or depot. If you fail to collect your parcel within 16 working days, they will return the parcel back to me. On the return of the parcel I will contact you and issue you with a refund minus postage charges and any additional fees from the courier.
Customs and Other Charges
Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & Duty on goods received into the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.
If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.
In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so we highly recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.
Thumbs Ltd cannot be held responsible for these charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.
Returns and Exchanges
If you'd like to return an item, that's no problem. Just drop me an email to let me know within 14 days of receiving it. Then pop it back in the post to the following address:

Please remember to include a note inside the package with your full name, order number (if you have it) and an brief explanation whether you'd like an exchange or refund. If you're returning and item for a refund, any free items that were included in your original order must also be returned otherwise this will reflect on the amount you are refunded. Postage prices cannot be refunded unless I made an error with your original order.
