Firstly, we just wanted to say THANKYOU! - you're shopping with an independent artist and small business. We're a husband and wife team - Thumbs is a full time artist and his wife handles the admin and orders. While this means we'll pack your orders with a hell of a lot of love and attention, we do also have other areas of the business we attend to - so we usually pack orders 2/3 times a week. We really appreciate your support!

For shipments,we use two couriers; Roymail & DHL. For international orders that have not selected DHL, Royal Mail will hand over to the country of destination's main courier (for example, in the US that would be USPS). Please note, the delivery times below are from when your order is packed and shipped, not from when the order is placed. If you are unsure of anything or have any question please do not hesistate to contact us, we're always happy to help!

    • 2nd class shipping for apparel: £4.20 (2-5 working days)
    • 1st class signed shipping: £6.20 (1-3 working days)
  • Shipping for stickers, mini prints & trading cards: $7.50 (ETA 7-25 working days)

    International Standard Shipping for clothing and prints: $16.50 (ETA 7-25 working days)

    International Tracked Shipping: $20.50 (ETA 7-25 working days)

    DHL Express Tracked Shipping: $32.00 (ETA 1-3 working days)

  • Since the new Brexit rules have been in place, shipping to Europe has become a bit more challenging, however here's everything you need to know and expect when ordering.

    All orders being received into Europe will be expected to pay some form of TAX if that order exceeds 22 Euros, this can depend on the country. Orders exceeding 150 Euros will also need to pay customs charges on top - if you would like to discuss options please drop us an email. We currently only use Royal Mail and DHL for European shipments. We highly reccomend DHL as they are a lot quicker and more relaible and the paper work for customs in the EU is a lot smoother, however they are more expensive. Royal Mail is proving to still be reliable but please allow up to a month for your parcel to arrive.

    Please note that it is the responsibility of the receiver to pay any customs charges. If the parcel is returned back to us due to unpaid charges, your order will be refunded minus shipping costs.

  • If you'd like to return an item, that's no problem. Just drop us an email to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Then pop it back in the post along with a note to the following address:

    Please remember to include a note inside the package with your full name, order number (if you have it) and a brief explanation of whether you'd like an exchange or refund.

    It's fine to try on an item like you would in a store, but please don't wear it too long. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (worn, damaged, pet hair etc.) or outside of the returns timeframe, Thumbs Ltd won't be able to give you a refund. In the event that the item will be sent back to you, you may be asked to cover the delivery costs. All items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition as when they were received in order for us to issue a full refund.

    If you're returning and item for a refund, any free items that were included in your original order must also be returned otherwise this will reflect on the amount you are refunded.

    Postage prices cannot be refunded unless there was an error with your original order.

  • Customs and Charges

    Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & duty on goods received into the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.

    If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit. In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so we recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.

    Thumbs Ltd cannot be held responsible for these charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK.

    Missed Parcels

    If you are not in to sign for your parcel, the courier will usually leave a card to let you know you missed it. With the info on the card you'll be able to rearrange a delivery or collect from your local post office or depot. If you fail to collect your parcel, they will return the parcel back to us. On the return of the parcel we will contact you and arrange a redelivery for you, however this may inccur an additional shipping charge.
